Development preview terms

These terms cover evaluation of the Home-Office website and development preview. They are deliberately narrower than commercial service terms because Product Stewardship has not cleared its commercial-readiness gate.

No paid service is offered: there is no current Product Stewardship price, checkout, service level, availability promise, or guaranteed business outcome.

Using the preview

You may use the public demo and any account features made available to evaluate Home-Office. You must provide information you are authorized to use, protect your account access, and follow applicable law. Do not treat generated plans, drafts, forecasts, or suggested actions as professional advice or as proof that work occurred.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to access another person's or organization's workspace.
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the service's security controls except under a separately authorized security policy.
Do not upload secrets, unlawful material, regulated records, malware, or third-party information you lack authority to process.
Do not use preview output for consequential financial, employment, medical, legal, safety, or security decisions without qualified human review.

AI output and product status

AI-generated output can be incomplete or wrong. The preview may use deterministic sample data when live storage or model integrations are not configured. Home-Office is not yet a verified end-to-end operator for a customer business, and website language must not be read as a promise that it will autonomously build, release, contact customers, spend money, or operate production systems.

Availability and changes

The preview is provided for evaluation and may change, pause, or be withdrawn. TIMxAI may restrict access to protect users, systems, or the integrity of the project. There is no service-level commitment during development.

Ownership and feedback

You retain rights in information you submit. You give TIMxAI permission to process it only as needed to provide and secure the requested preview features. Feedback may be used to improve Home-Office, but you should not submit confidential ideas through a general feedback channel.

Commercial launch boundary

A future paid service will require separate commercial terms, privacy review, security and data-flow verification, and an explicit offer. These preview terms do not enroll you in a paid plan or create an obligation to purchase anything.
